Can’t find what you’re looking for? Get in touch with us!

How to get here?

We are located in Evenesdal, about 15 minutes from Røkland train station. If you come by train, we can pick you up at the station! If you drive your own car, you can of course park for free with us!

Safety first!

Safety first! We must take precautions regarding the weather and the road. We do not go ahead with the trip if there is a storm (not comfortable for you) or bad snow conditions (not fun for the dogs).

Terms and Conditions

Shit happens! We will, as far as possible, try to help you if you want to change a booking you have made through us. If you have to cancel completely, the following deadlines apply:

Cancellation: XXXXXX

What to bring?

We recommend that you bring the following with you:

  • Warm clothes (preferably woolen clothes, and 3 layers)
  • Good – and warm – shoes
  • Hat, scarf and mittens

If you have not ordered food, we also recommend that you take a packed lunch and water with you. We provide hot drinks.

Suitable for children?

Yes! Dog sledding is a great family activity! The children can greet the dogs and help prepare the sled.

Children under the age of 16 ride in the guide’s sled.

Are there physical fitness requirements?

We want our guests to be in normal good physical shape. It can be somewhat physically demanding to stand behind the sled for long periods. In challenging weather conditions, it may be necessary to help the dogs uphill.

If you only want to ride in a sled or have physical challenges, please contact us in advance.
